Find Fibre of My Being at the Willunga Quarry Market – World Knit in Public Day with a Zombie Twist!
I’m thrilled to be back at the Willunga Quarry Market on Saturday, June 14—and this one’s extra special because it’s World Knit in Public Day... with a Zombie Twist!
To celebrate, I’ll be set up right next to the dedicated Sit & Knit area, where you can bring your project—knitting, crochet, or sewing—take a breather, and stitch among fellow fibre lovers. I’ll be nearby if you’d like a hand or want to chat all things yarn.
And yes, there’s a zombie theme! Dress up if you dare.
Prizes on the day:
– One Lucky Knitter Prize Draw: win a $25 Fibre of My Being voucher
– Best Dressed Zombie: slurp & munch food voucher up for grabs
The market will be buzzing with handmade wares, delicious food, and loads of crafty inspiration. Some of the other makers may even share tips for knitting, crochet, or sewing—so come ready to explore and connect.
At my stall, you’ll find a bigger-than-usual yarn selection, along with slow stitching supplies, sashiko, and creative tools for all kinds of makers.
Whether you’re a long-time fibre friend or just fibre-curious, I’d love for you to stop by and say hello!
