Pre-Stencilled Sashiko Fabric – Turtle Shells, Karakusa, Water Ripples
These pre-stencilled sashiko fabrics from BeBe Bold make it easy to enjoy traditional Japanese stitching. Each panel features a classic design printed with a wash-away stencil: simply stitch over the lines and then rinse to reveal your finished work.
These designs can be used for mending projects, to make cushions, bags, a table runner, patches of a quilt, and many other projects.
Choose from three different patterns:
Turtle Shells (Kikkō): hexagonal tortoiseshell pattern; long life and protection.
Karakusa: scrolling vine arabesque; growth and prosperity.
Water Ripples: concentric rings echoing ripples on water; a calm, flowing look.
Available in three colours: navy, red, and putty.
Fabric size: approx. 34 cm × 34 cm
100% cotton, made in Japan
Stencil washes away with water after stitching
Perfect for beginners and experienced makers who want a simple, satisfying way to enjoy sashiko.
